Welcome to Working Well Psychology

At Working Well Psychology, we believe that a psychologically healthy workplace is one where purpose and meaning for employees in turn enhances productivity.

Our approach focuses on proactively identifying and addressing psychosocial hazards, recognising that this is both an ethical and legal necessity that benefits both employers and employees. By maintaining a motivated and engaged workforce, we help organisations achieve high performance while reducing absenteeism and turnover.

We see our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a safety net that may be used by employees for work stress where preventative strategies have not sufficiently mitigated the risk of psychosocial hazards. Additionally EAP can be used is for unrelated personal stress acknowledging that stress travels with us across environments with detrimental effects to our work life or our homelife.
