Psychosocial Hazards Assessment
Our approach to Psychosocial Hazards Assessment recognises the diverse working environments and varying resources available to businesses. We tailor assessment to best suit your needs and budget through a choice of 1:1 interviews or comprehensive surveys.
Using Interview
We can assess the experience of workplace through tailored 1:1 interviews enabling a breadth of information to be captured confidentially while crucially allowing individuals to be heard and referred for support if/as required.
The non-identifying information is then used to make broader recommendations to management / project sponsor on the presence of any psychosocial-hazards and recommendations to eliminate or mitigate such risks.
Using Survey
We can tailor an online survey that covers the most common psychosocial psychosocial-hazards and using the aggregated data to analyse and provide recommendations to eliminate or mitigate such risks.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP allows an employee to access free confidential counselling to assist with resolution of issues that could impact their life. The idea is to address work or personal issues before they interfere with work performance.
Using telehealth modes of delivery, our EAP counselling service is able to respond to needs of employees in a timely manner with highly trained quality clinicians who are all registered psychologists, or Medicare Accredited Mental Health social workers.

Mediations
We understand that conflict is an inevitable part of the human condition. It is how we seek to resolve conflict that will likely have varying consequences. Mediation is a fast, cost effective, empowering process that results in high ownership and compliance with mutually reached agreements.
Working Well Psychology utilises Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accredited AMDRAS mediators to tackle conflict in the workplace which may include workplace or commercial disputes.
Independent Workplace Investigations
Ensuring Procedural Fairness and following the principles of Natural Justice we conduct fact finding investigations involving issues of:
